Preston North End trained at ‘Springfields’ prior to Euxton

Springfields, located in the suburb of Lea, Preston, served as the training ground of Preston North End before the club moved their training operations to Euxton. Springfields was a significant training facility for the club, providing pitches, training areas and other amenities for their players and coaching staff.

The facility at Springfields itself was fine but the Euxton Training Ground is a massive step up.

Plans to develop Preston North End training ground

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, there are no plans to develop Preston North End’s training ground.

The club only moved into the new state-of-the-art facility in 2020, so are currently thriving in all of its modernised facilities.
