Preston may have tied Alan Browne down to a new contract last week, but fears linger over the futures of many other star men.
Ben Pearson has communicated his desire to leave, whilst fellow contract rebels Ben Davies and Daniel Johnson could also go.
If Davies leaves, Preston must sign a left-footed defender to replace him; arguably two unless North End see Andrew Hughes as a viable option there.

A new option has been linked in that area of the pitch, with The Sun on Sunday claiming that Preston want to sign Luton Town’s Sonny Bradley.
Bradley ticks some of the boxes Preston are seeking; he’s left-footed, he has Championship experience, he’s big, he’s strong and he’s a great leader given that he serves as Luton’s captain.

At 29, he doesn’t fit Preston’s usual mould, but with his contract expiring this summer, Preston may be eyeing up a cut-price deal this month.

Luton fans know Bradley better than most, with many hoping that he stays having become a fan favourite at Kenilworth Road and a tock in defence since promotion to the Championship.
Some believe that Hull-born Bradley may want a move back up north, and would ‘have to’ join Preston given the wages that could be on offer as he approaches 30.
Others wouldn’t be too upset if Bradley did leave, but the general consensus is that Luton fans would be sad if their skipper left for North End in the near future.
