Sepp van den Berg has been on loan at Preston North End from Liverpool since February.
He’s become a key part of the team in the right wing-back role which he was unfamiliar with before his arrival.
The 19 year-old has given some committed performances throughout his spell and it wouldn’t surprise North End fans if he was to go on to have a successful career at a higher level.
MANCHESTER UNITED WERE A DISGRACE.
On Wednesday night he had the chance to face his parent club.
Liverpool allowed him to play in the Carabao Cup tie and it gave fans an opportunity to see how he would fare against some of their other players.
Whilst he couldn’t prevent Preston from losing the tie 2-0 he impressed both sets of fans with a typical, solid, committed display coming from a centre-back role.
MORE PRESTON STORIES

Sepp was one of the last players to leave the pitch at full time following his customary applause of all sections of the North End crowd.
In a moment which will have brought a smile to his face, Preston fans sung his name as he headed down the tunnel at the same time as Jurgen Klopp.
Some Liverpool fans were very impressed with the Dutchman’s composed performance and are excited about his progression with the club.
