Confirmed Preston line-up v Brentford: Potts starts, new signing Riis on the bench

Preston starting XI: Rudd; Rafferty, Bauer, Davies, Hughes; Pearson, Ledson; Potts, Browne, Sinclair; Maguire.

Preston substitutes: Ripley, Storey, Gallagher, Harrop, Bodin, Stockley, Riis.

Preston head down to West London this afternoon to take on Brentford, with Alex Neil looking to pull off a rather unexpected win.

North End’s record at Griffin Park has been poor in recent times, so let’s hope that the fortunes change with Brentford now in their new stadium.

My Revenge On Ben Foster

Declan Rudd starts in goal, behind a back four consisting of Joe Rafferty, Patrick Bauer, Ben Davies and Andrew Hughes.

Ben Pearson and Ryan Ledson continue in holding midfield, with Alan Browne starting as the number 10 this afternoon.

Brad Potts gets the nod on the right flank, with Scott Sinclair over on the left, supporting Seani Maguire in the Preston attack.

Potts comes in for the suspended Tom Barkhuizen, whose three-match ban for a straight red card against Stoke City was downgraded to a one-game ban.

Darnell Fisher and Daniel Johnson remain out injured, but new signing Emil Riis is named on the bench after joining from Randers on Thursday night.

Riis is joined by Connor Ripley, Jordan Storey, Paul Gallagher, Josh Harrop, Billy Bodin and Jayden Stockley on the bench today.
