Preston are set to travel to face Luton Town on Saturday afternoon, barring any late coronavirus impact.
Boris Johnson has refused to stop sporting events taking place, so as things stand, the English football schedule will run as planned this weekend, despite many other countries suspending action.
That means North End will head down to Kenilworth Road to take on a relegation-threatened Luton side, with Alex Neil desperately needing another win.

SAKA, ANTONY AND 10 PREMIER LEAGUE STARS HEADING TO THEIR FIRST WORLD CUP
Preston have lost four of the last five games, and really need to hit back after squandering a 1-0 lead to lose 3-1 to a 10-man QPR side at Deepdale last week.
Saturday’s game provides a great opportunity for Preston to get back on track, and Neil has offered a positive update on the status of star midfielder Ben Pearson.
MORE PRESTON STORIES
Pearson has missed the last two games, picking up a hamstring injury ahead of the trip to Fulham that was expected to keep him out for at least a month.

Now, less than two weeks on from that blow, Neil has confirmed that Pearson’s return is ‘going better than expected’, and believes he won’t miss as many games as first feared.
That doesn’t necessarily mean that he will be back to face Luton, but Neil has often brought players back into the starting lineup earlier than planned, and maybe it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see Pearson play at Kenilworth Road after all.
