Preston couldn’t make it three wins in a row today, playing out a 0-0 draw with Nottingham Forest.
North End went into the game having beaten Norwich City 3-1 in midweek, and were hoping for another rousing Deepdale display.

Forest were strong and resilient, whilst their diamond formation was something of a surprise and sparked a re-jig from Alex Neil at half time.

Neil also hailed defender Ben Davies, raving about how the centre back dealt with Forest striker Lewis Grabban.
