Preston head to Glasgow this weekend to take on Celtic in a pre-season friendly – and they may have to face new Bhoys signing Liel Abada.
North End faced St Johnstone on Tuesday night, playing out a 1-1 draw against the Scottish Premiership side as Frankie McAvoy’s men train north of the border.
This Saturday, Preston have a great friendly against Celtic, with Scott Sinclair making his first return to Parkhead since joining North End in 2020.

The focus may be on another winger though, because Celtic have strengthened their squad ahead of the game.
Celtic have wrapped up the signing of Israel international attacker Liel Abada, paying £3.5million to sign him from Maccabi Petah Tikva.

Abada, 19, is considered to be one of Israeli football’s top young talents, and Celtic have fended off major competition to sign him.
Celtic want him up to speed ahead of their Champions League qualifier against Midtjylland, so there is a strong chance that Abada will make his debut against Preston.
Pre-season is all about tests and getting minutes in the legs, and whoever has to face off against Abada this weekend will certainly have their work cut out.
