Preston North End loanee Josh Murphy claims he is ‘loving’ life at the club despite a frustrating opening to life in Lancashire.
Murphy joined Preston on loan from Cardiff City back on deadline day at the end of August.
A proven Championship winger who was sold for a huge £11million in the summer of 2018, Murphy represented a big signing for North End.
So far though, we haven’t really seen him in action.
The 26-year-old hasn’t started a single game for Preston, playing just 70 minutes across seven substitute appearances.
Preston fans have been frustrated by Murphy’s lack of game time, but Frankie McAvoy doesn’t have another option right now.

The winger finds himself on the sidelines with an ankle injury, meaning he won’t be in action for a few weeks.
Murphy has now taken to Instagram to answer questions from fans, including one about how he’s enjoying his time at Preston.
Murphy stated that, minus the injury, he is ‘loving’ his time at Preston, branding North End a ‘brilliant club’ as he attempts to land a permanent move in 2022.
