Preston wrapped up their fourth summer signing on Wednesday night, snapping up defender Matthew Olosunde from Rotherham United.
North End had already brought back Liam Lindsay and Sepp van den Berg as well as signing Izzy Brown on a free transfer from Chelsea.
With right back a major problem area for Preston, Olosunde has now been brought in after he rejected a new contract at Rotherham.

The 23-year-old has penned a two-year deal at Preston, and seems to be an ideal fit as a player who can not only play as a right back, but also as a right wing back.
Formerly of Manchester United, Olosunde has one United States cap to his name and will surely be hoping to get back into the fold with this move to Deepdale.
Olosunde has now taken to Instagram to celebrate his move, and a number of players have sent him congratulatory messages.
Ex-Preston striker Jamie Proctor remarked ‘what a club’ when seeing his former Rotherham teammate had joined North End, with Millers trio Freddie Ladapo, Wes Harding and Mickel Miller all applauding the move.
A number of ex-Manchester United teammates joined in the celebrations, with Zak Dearnley, Tosin Kehinde, Paul Woolston, Millen Baars, Callum Whelan, Ro-Shaun Williams, Ethan Hamilton, Max Johnstone and Angel Gomes all sending messages of support to Olosunde.
USA international Reggie Cannon and El Salvador ace Josh Perez also congratulated Olosunde as he starts the next chapter of his career.
It’s clear that the defender is popular with his former teammates, and he will now hope to make a similar impression on his new Preston teammates.
