On Thursday, our very own Josh McLaughlin picked out three goalkeepers that Preston can look towards if Daniel Iversen doesn’t stay.
The Dane is only on loan from Leicester City, and may end up being snapped up by another club having starred at Deepdale.
One of Josh’s recommendations was Wayne Hennessey, given that the Crystal Palace stopped is out of contract this summer.

SAKA, ANTONY AND 10 PREMIER LEAGUE STARS HEADING TO THEIR FIRST WORLD CUP
The 34-year-old surely wants first-team action after making just two Premier League appearances this season, and Preston may be able to offer that.
Now, Football League World claim that Preston are indeed pursuing Hennessey, but face competition from Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough.
Hennessey has plenty of experience with more than 300 domestic career games under his belt, whilst he also has 95 caps for Wales on the international stage.

At 6ft 6in tall, Hennessey is a giant between the sticks, and could represent a proven option if North End can’t bring back Iversen.
Boro and Forest are likely to be able to pay more in wages though, and having worked with Neil Warnock at Palace in 2014, Boro may well be favourites for Hennessey.
