Preston North End have missed out on a TV payday with ITV and the BBC snubbing the FA Cup tie against Chelsea in January.
The third-round draw of the FA Cup threw up a fascinating tie as PNE were drawn away to Premier League giants Chelsea.
We can remember a couple of previous FA Cup clashes between the two clubs.
North End took the lead at Stamford Bridge in 2002 before eventually falling to a 3-1 defeat in West London.
PNE welcomed Chelsea to Deepdale in January 2010, losing 2-0 early into the Darren Ferguson era.
The two sides will now meet again in January but the fixture has been snubbed by top TV channels.
The FA confirm televised third-round ties as Chelsea v PNE snubbed
Many expected PNE to land a televised fixture given the prospect of a potential giant killing at Stamford Bridge.
North End fans have become used to seeing big ties televised; Tottenham last season and Liverpool the season before spring to mind.
The Chelsea clash seemed like an ideal shout but The FA have confirmed the televised fixtures – and Chelsea v PNE hasn’t been picked.
BBC and ITV picks have instead place a keen focus all-Premier League clashes, as if we don’t see enough of those every single weekend.

Crystal Palace v Everton and Tottenham Hotspur v Burnley are the first two picks with Sunderland and Newcastle United the first Championship v Premier League clash picked.
Middlesbrough v Aston Villa has been selected for Saturday January 6th with Arsenal against Liverpool on the Sunday.
Wigan Athletic v Manchester United will be televised on the Monday, bringing an end to the BBC and ITV picks.
The FA confirm that all 12 clubs will receive broadcast fees of £85,000 – cash which will barely be noticed by the nine Premier League clubs selected.
North End are hardly in desperate need of the cash but seeing three all-Premier League ties – and Premier League clubs involved in the other three – seems like a questionable decision.
Maybe PNE’s trip to Chelsea will be picked up abroad, but fans may be a little surprised to see that the clash has been snubbed by English TV channels.
