According to Football Insider, former Preston striker Jordan Hugill could be heading back to the Championship with Nottingham Forest.
It’s claimed that Forest are ‘ready to test the water’ with a move for Hugill after Norwich City won promotion to the Premier League.
The Canaries only signed Hugill from West Ham United last summer, but he could be on the move yet again.

Since Preston sold Hugill to West Ham in January 2018, the striker has moved on to Middlesbrough and QPR on loan before then heading to Norwich permanently.
Hugill, 29, only started seven league games for Norwich last season, struggling to supplant Teemu Pukki in the Norwich side.
Hugill did manage four goals, but it’s unclear whether Norwich see him as being an important part of their side in the top flight next season.

Forest now want to lure him to the City Ground to boost Chris Hughton’s squad, and he could make sense as a replacement for Glenn Murray following his retirement.
Preston fans would no doubt love to have Hugill back; North End have struggled to replace him since his big move to East London three-and-a-half years ago.
Instead, Preston could end up facing Hugill yet again next season if Forest get their way, with a Championship return on the cards.
