Preston midfielder Alan Browne has been rewarded with a special card for FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, joining Tom Barkhuizen in that regard.
Back in October, North End wide man Barkhuizen landed a ‘Rulebreakers’ card that saw his FIFA rating jump from 71 to 82.
Today, Season Three of FIFA 22’s Ultimate Team began – and Browne has landed as an objective card.
For reaching 100,000 XP this season – usually a six or seven week span – you can pick Browne up as a free card.
The Irishman has received huge upgrades; his overall rating is up from 73 to 87.
That’s an upgrade of 10 for pace, 14 for shooting, 11 for passing, 13 for dribbling, 10 for defending and eight for physicals.
Browne is now not only one of the best midfielders in the Championship on Ultimate Team, but possibly even the entire game.
It’s not often we see Preston cards of this quality in Ultimate Team.
On FIFA 21, our best card was an 82 Scott Sinclair, so seeing a Browne card of this quality is pretty amazing.
Preston fans may have been robbed of in-form cards for Emil Riis this season, but will now be desperate to pick up that Browne card.
