Preston are chasing Dane Scarlett with the Tottenham Hotspur talent being backed for a huge future by Jose Mourinho.
North End need to replace three top loanees this summer in Daniel Iversen, Sepp van den Berg and Cameron Archer.
The success of all three players at North End may just make Ryan Lowe’s men an appealing loan destination for a number of players.

Preston are chasing Dane Scarlett
Reports from The Sun’s Tom Barclay suggest that Preston are showing a real interest in taking Tottenham’s Dane Scarlett on loan.
Scarlett signed a new contract with Tottenham earlier this week and it may be a perfect moment for him to go out on loan.

The 18-year-old has been shining in development football but isn’t quite ready to challenge Harry Kane at Tottenham.
Scarlett has racked up 10 goals in 10 caps for England’s Under-19’s and looks set for stardom.
Preston took another young Premier League striker on loan in January by signing Cameron Archer, and he became a star at Deepdale.
Archer’s success would surely leave Tottenham tempted to send Scarlett to Deepdale should Preston make their move.

Scarlett, 18, is considered to be a huge prospect at Tottenham and was given his debut by Jose Mourinho back in 2020.
Scarlett came off the bench to make his Tottenham debut against Ludogorets under Mourinho.
Mourinho, who won the Europa Conference League with Roma on Wednesday night, has backed Scarlett for stardom.
Mourinho told The Times that he thinks Scarlett has everything to become a ‘phenomenal’ striker.
The World Cup this year will be out of reach but it’s clear that Scarlett is incredibly highly rated at Tottenham and Preston could soon play a key role in his development.
“I know he’s still very young, just 17, and it is probably too early for the next World Cup, but Tottenham Hotspur have a striker in Dane Scarlett, who, if everything goes well, is going to be phenomenal,” said Mourinho.
